how about the A'pexi AVC-R ? But if that doesnt do it, the Ecuteck tune controll the boost through the factory ECU set up.
And does a phenomenal job So if you get tune by them you set for your boost problem. Get a boost pill + Forge WGA and the Ecuteck tune , and you will be blown away

i just realized it

Yeah i think the A'pexi AVC-R or the HKS EVC 6 is a better option.
Just make sure you install it right and set it up right.
It takes longer but then you never have to take a look on them again.

The EVC does work.... not sure why they said that. The wiring is complicated but it can be done. remember the MR has a dual solenoid as stock, so you have to get a dual solenoid bc.....

I have HKS EVC 6 on my MR. works great, no problems at all. get a second opinion. because it can obviously be done, and work well.
