Most powerful sst evo x

LADiiiesss and Genttsss:

I would like to announce the alliance between MAPerformance and SSPerformance to create the worlds most powerful EVO X MR/ EVO X with SST!!!!

If you have been following the thread:https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ev...-underway.html You'll know SSPerformance has torn apart my Evo X MR to get to the SST and has put into production upgraded clutches for the SST; this makes this project entirely possible.

Alright, now I'll leave it to SSP and MAP to chime in, Thanks Everyone!

Tell us what is up! The ability to upgrade the sst (which is already a sweet transmission) for more than 350 hp/torque is exciting!

Sorry .. I believe the title is being held in Japan still .. the highest I know now is 400+whp .. one of the Gforce Engineering test mules ..

But he doesn't have the security that Voodooman79 is going to have .. I hope

voodooman, is it true that SSP is thinking of selling the clutch upgrade for around $1000? I thought I read that in another thread, but can't find it.

Sorry, one more thing. How much torque are they claiming the upgraded clutches will handle? I've seen some posts about wheel horsepower, but horsepower isn't the issue with a dual-clutch tranny. It's the torque rating that you need to worry about.

I agree with you.... then again... I dont have that many upgrades on my MR to worry about reaching 400 to the wheels anytime soon.
