do you have the genuine mitsubishi part that you use on the tensioner pulley? it has the 2 little prongs on it, to make it possible to put the belt back on the pulley?

Im not exactly sure what you are asking for. I know of the Tensioner Wrench for the Timing Pulley. It has two prongs on it. Either way, its a tool and would need to be special ordered -- it usually takes me about 2 weeks to get them once I order them. I would have to call on pricing. Let me know if this is indeed what you are after. Oh, and what year is your car again?
