SSS amplifier connections?

Hey Russell,

I picked up a sss system of a GTS owner to put into my X, but it would seem i am missing something. I cant seem to find under the seats the connections for the amplifier and wonder if there is something i need to order?

Also, what do the sss tweeter covers for the doors cost to 98027 plz

Ill have to look on Tuesday when Im back in the office. The body harness on the non-SSS and SSS versions is definitely going to be different so this might be a pricey venture. Ill find out for sure on Tuesday though.

Also i got the bluetooth module and microphone as well, but need the steering wheel controls if you could quote that to 98027.

Sorry, I started messing with this yesterday and couldnt stay off the phone long enough to actually work on it and figure it out.

So it appears you do need a new wiring harness that has the connects -- its about $1K

hey russ, not sure if you still working on this or not but any more updates? Also i still need a quote for the sss tweeter pod covers, and whatever else i need if I have the bluetooth module and microphone already to install. I'm guessing its just the steering wheel addon? Do i need that, or can i just use the nav to dial and answer etc..?

I also pondered installing the parts for the rockford system in a base car. I have the conectors even for the amp but decided it was to much wiring to run. the 6 disc changer goes in just fine with out changing any thing but from what i found you would need to make your own harness. also the wiring from the sub runs to right behind the back left of the rear seat but has nothing plugged into those terminals. you can see the connector I think by looking through where the washer bottle is and look to the left.
