Just wanted to post a positive review. It's been over a month since their assistance, but better late than never.

I'll keep it short - I bought a starter and had it installed by my tuner here in Tampa, because he already had the bad starter out to do my clutch. Once installed, it blew the main fuse in the car, the remanufactured starter had a dead short. After a few email communications, I sent the defective one back and had a new arrive shortly thereafter.

Most impressively was the ticketing system they had in place to track my issue. Submit the RA request on on their website, and it goes into their computerized ticketing system so that your issue doesn't rely solely on one person. When buying from an online vendor, you never know how big the company is, and coming from a technology company myself that has a similar ticketing system, I greatly appreciated having this tracked.

Any company can throw products in boxes and sell them online, but a company really shines when issues arise. Thanks for the service!

I had a similar issue. Ordered some parts and ran into an issue while install them. I ended up needing additional parts and they were able to overnight the additional parts I needed. Great service.
