I'm hoping to make a run up north still this year to my old first track (gingerman) and maybe try out grattan up there, if i win the lotto, i'll be headed up the east coast, evo in tow though

Ordered the new front lip today. Beatrush and coilovers soon. Not likely before VIR though unless someone knows a greatly discountly route to obtain them... I ran it stock, now I know I want the coilovers...

edit: the interweb took care of it.

I thought I was in over my head during the first classroom session as this was only my 3rd track day ever and I hadn't driven that track yet. I was in the intermediate group and everybody else had like at least 7-10 sessions under there belt and all but 3 of us had driven the track before.
Well, I learned the track pretty well by the second session and didn't get passed the whole weekend. I had 2 clean laps back to back on the last session of the weekend and turned a 1:32 and 1:33 according to the video tape. Not bad for street tires and a 3400lb car I guess.

Who's the cat w/ the stock white IX MR? I believe I heard his car spun and started puking oil over the radio... Is it alright? I don't think I got a chance to tell him about this thread.

He said he doesn't brake for turn 5?
You mean turn 4? I can see that, but you always have to check what is up ahead before you commit for that turn since you can't brake for 5 until you straighten out.
