Racing Radios - 2 way car to crew
I dont think this has been asked yet, but has anyone seen or used any racing radios? I'm talking about something that integrates with your helmet, that you can talk to people in the pits?
I'm looking for something, relatively inexpensive, even if it has to be pieced together to use. I will need something with pretty good range though.

most set-ups are in the $800-$1000 range for the kit.. 2 radios, car antena, car wiring, helmet headset, crew-headset... ive used reliants and motorolas.. reliants perfromed just fine.. range seems to be dependent on a TONS of factors.. dont worry about having a zillion channels.. probably stay away from the FRS unless you are on a super tight budget.

I've been using the Motorola's for years. Racing Radios has helped with all the parts.
You may want to contact BSR Racing in Mooresville,NC (I can't find the phone #), they have a used department - that is not advertised - that usually has some used radio stuff.
