Autocrossers as road racers

Great job Brian! I think you needed a few more orange cones to drive around to get a better lap time.

Great job Brian!!!! Way to show everyone else out there that drives a high priced Audi or BMW that it does not always need to have a big window sticker to pull of some big victories!!! I am always being approached by 5.Slows (5.0 Stangs) to race and the majority of them have well of 300+ hp! Every time I tell them that I will race them........ if its on the twisties where our cars can show off what we are really made of!!!

Mustang 1/4 mile= 13.0 sec.
Lancer 1/4 mile= 15.6 sec.
Mustang Twisties= Somewhere in the grass
Lancer Twisties= Waiting for the 5.Slow at the finish line

As Always,
~ Nick ~

yep...it's the time again.
this weekend (oct.4-5) at Buttonwillow there will be Two...yes count them...Two Lancers On the track.
Brian is raceing as well as myself.
Hopefully all my backroad driving each day to and from work will be usefull.
Sir lancelot...the same happens to me...when they see me on PCH they rev and try to race me but once i get them on the back ranch roads they seem to only know how to use the steeringwheel...anyone with enough money can put speed into their car and pust a pedal to go in a straight line...but it takes skill to keep the car under control and still keep your speed in the turns.

Im interested in joining you guys in some autocross stuff if you guys could send me some info. I would like to start probably after I get my turbo though. Which will probably be in just a few weeks. But I also dont know any rules and regulations taht they may have and also dont know by me getting a turbo if that would put me in a different class where I would get worked.
