Sir Lewis back in full stride! A much needed win and certainly not his last for the season. Great job from him and Kimi. My best wishes also go out to Massa and his family. He would have been a serious force in this race.

Goes to show the masterclass of the top drivers lewis, kimi, alonso. All with mediocre cars.

Great Race... So good to see Kimi on the podium. I wish the fight for 1st would have been closer but thats OK. I can't believe how much progress they have made on the McLaren. Sucks for Alonso, Renault have been banned from the next race in Valencia for that whole thing.

4 Weeks off now, this sucks.

I didn't see the race, but this penalty seems extremely harsh for having a wheel break off.

I think the harshness is due to the death in formula 2 last weekend

That combined with what happened to Massa, they are going to be cracking down on parts falling off of cars.

Exactly, 3 weeks ago there would have been no penalty.

Any idea who will be racing for Ferrari along side Kimi next race? It doesn't seem like FM will be back by then.

Massa will be lucky if he ever drives again yet alone next race. They're not saying yet, but it may be Luca Badoer (spelling)? I know he's the official test driver. I was surprised they started the race with only one car to be honest.
How cool would it be if Michael got back in... sorry I was daydreaming again.

MS won't be the driver. Luca makes sense; he's familiar with the car and team. If Massa is done, though, they may want to bring up their "next" driver.

The irony in all this is that Kimi may retire or go to Mclaren, Alonso will most likely go to Ferarri.....

That may all change now. Massa may be ok in a few months, but i do not see him being able to sustain the Heavy G forces for F1 or risk another accident.

They started with one car because I don't think the rules allow them to change drivers after qualifying. I think it was appropriate regardless out of respect for Massa.

I haven't read/heard anything from a legitimate source confirming or denying that Massa will not be able to race again....

That was a more personal note.. I hope he comes back, but it could be risky.

Also, don't they say once a person has a concussion they are more likely to have one again.
