His dream has been to race for Ferrari, he has to do what ever it takes to make that dream come true

Plus you figure he's 36 and with new drivers coming into F1 each year (though I haven't been impressed with the new drivers since the Hamilton/Kubica/Rosberg group), the likelihood of him getting a race seat with any top team is diminishing each season.

According to a reliable source, this was the actual radio message given to Piquet Jr. during the Singapore GP.

Nelson, there is a secret shortcut through this next wall just like on Koopa Trooper Beach on Mario Kart. Be sure to deploy all your magic mushrooms to get enough height off the ramp so you can get through the hole of the tunnel. You should emerge ahead of Alonso and Massa. Beware Kimi has a blue shell. Over.

Yeah but look at Massa's accident, you never know whats going to happen. I would say Ferrari have been one of the only teams to not have a designated reserve driver at all the GP's. It's his dream to drive for the Scuderia, getting to drive in 4 races this year is worth taking the role as the reserve for 2010.

Liuzzi will get the start for Force India next weekend.

Why wouldn't fisi want to go to Ferrari? I think its a good move for fisi. He has a better than average chance as he would do what's better for Ferrari where Kimi and Alonso are more for themselves. Masa already has the team behind him and Alonso will need to earn it. Alonso already proved he can't handle having a team giving equal or more to his teammate. If Masa returns Fisi might Masa's only chance of winning the drivers title. As he would be Masa's #2 without much fuss.

With all this Nelson Piquet Jr drama going on, i don't think any established F1 team would be willing to take him on every again. He is proving to be to much of a risk.

If the allegations are true Renault should be banned from the sport IMO. I can't imagine that they are true but you never know, and yes, Nelson has ruined his chances of ever driving in F1 again, I agree.

If this is true... and i don't think it is... F1 will lose one of there biggest engine manufacturers, remember they not only sell motors to other F1 teams but provide all the motors for GP3

Wow.

Even if it was true (extremely unlikely) NPJr shouldn't have said anything. I have a hard time imagining ANY team taking him as a driver, not just F1 but any motorsport. He didn't really demonstrate any immense talent and his behavior after getting let go is bad form.

I remember watching the race and thinking that looked like he did that on purpose. I think the aligations are true the question is what FOM going to do about it?

How did Force India become so fast in the last two races...?

Big ups to both Sutil and Liuzzi, guy hasn't driven in a year and a half and quali's 5th.

Should make for an interesting first lap with Kimi and Heikki on the second row w/KERS.

Yeah Kimi on the podium again!! Woot Woot! Thanks Hami!

It was a decent race, good to see Rubens will again. I think Buttons had enough success this year, share the wealth. I feel bad for Liuzzi, he had a strong run going, esp for not being in a car that long. Hopefully Fisi will get his act together for the next race.

It's too bad Sutil was on a two stopper. He'd have been on the podium if he'd gone with a one-stop strategy.

Liuzzi did great! I was really impressed.

Loved watching LH crash

I really hope Rubans can make a good strong flight for the drivers championship
