News Flash: Massa just reinforced the suspicion that the rest of the drivers dislike Hamilton!!! They believe he is arrogant and they would rather see someone else win the Championship. The majority of the field were routing for Massa to win the Championship last year.

Arrogant -1. Making, or having the disposition to make, exorbitant claims of rank or estimation; giving one's self an undue degree of importance; assuming; haughty

News Flash world, he won the Championship his softmore season and almost won it his rookie season. I think his attitude is justified. There is nothing assumed here, nothing haughty. It's not his fault Massa hasn't won a world Championship yet. Well.... actually it is ain't it.

I can't friggin wait for the start of the season. Only a few weeks to go. MM

Good change. I was always routing for underdogs; Super Aguri, Honda, etc. But BMW is making a name for itself in such a short time of taking over the Sauber team. I hope with all the reg changes that there will be more competititon this year. I want to see competiton like the BTCC!

I don't know how I feel about the RED anymore either... I have enjoyed watching Kubica since that insane crash at montreal in 07.

Hami crashed in testing, the car caught fire, and McLaren are still running the 08' rear wing on the 09' car. I would be very weary if were I MM fan. Glad I'm not...

Only three weeks to go before the 1st friday practice of the season. Can't wait!

I wouldn't be surprised if we see more than a handful of spectacular fires this season. We MM fans have nothing to worry about. As a whole, I think everyone should be paying attention to Toyota. I got a feeling we may be in for a Japanese treat.

The fact that their not even using the 09' spec rear wing doesn't bother you at all? Even with the old wing their off the pace. I would be very concerned if that were my team, we only have 3 weeks til the first race.

Agreed with the Japanese comment. The Glock has been clocking some very fast times in testing.

Anyone else excited about the entry of the Brawn GP team in the not so distant future? And what about the whole U.S based team with Peter Winsor and Ken Anderson? I would like to see more cars on the grid. I read a comment about Mansell b****ing about Hamilton's win being less credible than his own since Hamilton only had competed again 19 other cars...lol

Brawn GP became official today. Button was actually doing a shakedown of the car today at Silverstone. Yes, very excited about more cars on the grid, the more the better.
I'm not going to read into the Toyota leading testing thing too much, al the teams are doing different things so it's hard to judge. We'll know the real pecking order in 3 weeks.

It's really easy to be fast in testing.

Looks like cars have been braking down and catching fire left and right during testing. I wonder if many of the teams will opt out of KERS for reliability reasons this season. I haven't seen or heard any mention of known KERS teams having a 2nd non-KERS setup. It isn't mandatory and many teams probably won't even use it at the beginning of the season. If this is the case though, how can a team refine the system without be able to test during the season? With all the current mechanical failure, this seasons title may go to the team who can finish the most races.
