its good kubica will still be in an F1 car, i think hes got a lot more talent then hiedfeld.

being on renault? ehhh... i think he will still be in the middle of the pack though. alonzo can drive the wheels off that thing (literally), and still barely podiums on courses good for the car.

Looks like Bernie has once again managed to put his foot in his mouth, as USF1 looks to be coming together nicely. Ecclestone really is an idiot ...

You just found that out I think it's near bernies retirement he's 72-76 or something like that . I also think when these new teams get settled they need to open up the rules again to allow some of the outlawed tech.

The rules need to be opened up. Passing being banned is kinda lame. Next year with no refueling the races should be a snooz fest

Not many on track passes most took place in the pit stops the no refueling rule might ruin that but it may not as every car will only become faster towards the end hopefully we will see more exciting finishes.

wont they still have to pit for tires? or are they going back to the one tire rule again. that dude who has the tire tread depth gauge during pits was hillarious!!!! they would have like 20 people around the car during a pit, 3 per wheel, front and rear jacks, lolli pop man, fuel guys and starter guy. the only people who would do anything would be the fuel rig guys, and the one dude with that little depth gauge, he would reach over and measure the tire on the pit stop then give a thumbs up!! classic. now i have to find a video....

Yes they will still pit for tires. It is not so much that they are not coming in for fuel. It is the elimination of fuel strategy. There will be no one running light on the grid trying to build them self a lead. There will be no more 2 or 3 stop strategy Everyone will be at the same weight on the grid and be coming in the same amount of time, and spending the same amount of time in the pits as every other car.

It really makes the only way to gain a position is

1. a wreck
2. a pit lane issue ( when you eliminate fuel there are not that many issues every season)
3. and finally by passing a car... witch will be even more rare then then tire changing issues.

Qualifying will be fun to watch with everyone on low fuel, but i fear that the races will grow to be as boring as the Valencia street circuit

I really really really like the Kimi to Red Bull rumors! I know that Kimi's manager is saying no but, Kimi and SV would make for a great team!

If the Kimi to Red Bull rumors are true; who do you bump at Toro Rosso to make room for Webber?
I would have said keep Buemi - until the Japanese GP, he had a rough weekend.

Buemi has been a disappointment, there has been talk that they should have kept there original Sebastien

I think Red Bull should dump Webber and pick up Kimi. Torro Rosso should get rid of Buemi and pick up Sebastien, Loeb that is... Hopefully he'll be in the car @ Abu Dhabi, would be nice to see how he gets on in a F1 car.
