psushoe - great talking with you and Mike at the Devens tour this weekend. Thanks so much for the info on your wheels and the help with the tail wag on mine. The car is up on jack stands and getting the stock rear sway bar put back on now. I'm going to do a Devens event with Boston BMW to gauge the change this weekend, then next up is lowering the rear.

BTW - did you get a chance to talk to our Canadian friends in the X? They were a hoot.

It was great to meet you as well. I hope those setup changes work out for you! Carl and Bruno were cool guys. I was trying to "borrow" those orange wheels for my car

Yup... right to the legal limit. We're allowed 6" above the highest point on the roof and even with the rearmost part of the rear bumper. I think I have 0.25" to spare on both of those

If you would have asked, I would have been happy to let you the second set or orange wheels- the had RS3s on them and may have slowed you guys a bit...

great meeting you guys as well. I am happy to be in a new class with new people- makes it fun again and learning some more!

Diffs are next!

What hood this that? One of the very few I had seen that have an opening that is actually semi functional with the intake vent by the actual intake, not on the other side like seibon.....is that c-west to go with the bumper? only other functional hood is Robi and stock. just wondering. great pics and awesome car!

funny (not really funny) but yea, i lost my brakes on the main straight of the glen too. had motul fluid, but the wrong pads. the glen has NO run off near the straight, but was able to engine brake enough to go through the corner sideways. that put a quick end to my day. one of the worst feelings in the world. def a "of **** moment as I puckered hard". nothing but walls and walls and walls.....

glad you were able to save her too.

I was running amsoil brake fluid and have since switched to SRF. SRF is amazing stuff

I should've gone with a Ciro originally. I ended up getting a Kognition that was about 2" too wide (total). Had to sell it at a slight loss. I'm considering getting one of Rick's new models in a 67" width (right to the legal limit), but I might go aero-less for next season and see how it goes.

I talked to Rick about that when I was buying this one. That's the only dimension not to the limit, but it still fits pretty well. Looking at it from the back, it doesn't look too narrow

^In attack mod, it looks as if you had flipped a trunk lip upside down...

Check out the splitter kissing the tarmac!

thanks. I built the splitter last year for TTA, but i'm in TTS this year which mean i have no restriction on aero mod. also i street drive my car to and from track, so it can't be too low. i plan to make a new one that's modular and easy to remove to i can put it on when i get to track. and i'll also make it lower. the splitter is currently level, but just not very low to the ground. i could probably lower the front of the car a little more too. thanks for the tip.

here's a better picture of the front splitter.
