yeap
Just got home, a little tired. When waiting to run on sunday afternoon I had a 4.7 sec. lead over Tommy and I was all stressed out because I did not think I could run well on the new course. Put my head down and drove conservitive and all three runs were the fastest of the the day by all 100 competitor's. Evo's are made to drive in the dirt, it is more fun then you can believe. LOR
wrc getting interseting again, after the MINI more cars getting into it again. Looks like the IRC did the job to shake them up
I still have bad feelings about WRC , but i do start metling LOL

Few pics from last weekend at Perryville Farm & Forest rally down in Missouri... no in-car, our camera mount showed up the day after we left for the rally. Probably for the best.
Parc expose:

Waiting for a delayed stage, there was a farmer & his combine on the road apparently:

A couple from on the stages:

We finished. Not a scratch on the car. But we were incredibly conservative and weren't taking any chances, just trying to get this first event under our belts.

It felt like an achievement, there was plenty of opportunity to ball the car up but I stuck to the game plan, to the point I was slowing the car down to a crawl over crests, I wasn't about to take those flat with two brand new dummies in the car. Finish for the win! (Well, 11th out of 15 finishers/18 starters)
Nice job!
Wheelgap, congratulations on number one, getting the car prepped and yourself engaged to get out and rally. Excellent choice! Secondly, great job sticking to the game plan and bringing the car on home without a scratch. That car looks real nice by the way, and you should try and keep it that way slowly bringing yourself up to your best capabilities and speed. I know, I have been there years ago. I wish you the best in future rallies!
