I saw this post https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/9649140-post16.html and thought "HOLY CRAP that's a lot of power for an STU car". Seems a bit in excess of what you can get with STU mods.

Ah, I think I just put it all together...

It appears there are two cars, one being an STU car at 288whp and one being a BSP car at 370whp.

...don't mind me.

haha...yep. I currently have 2 evos. I'm selling my STU evo which is stock injectors and pump but tuned on E85 making 288/272.

My other evo is the one I just bought from Cy Lee (the BSP prepped white RS). And yep, I've already had it to the track! This past monday actually. The car performed beautifully.

Far from a top STU car this year, but I use Hawk HP+. They're ok, mostly used them due to hawk ProSolo certificates.

Hi Brandon (Doug here), good luck with your sale! I have a friend I'll forward your link to. How much for everything (wheels, ASTs)? Also, I'd love to learn more about tuning/running E85 w/ stock injectors/fuel pump; I poked around here on this forum some but haven't really found anything useful.

edit, found your new EVOM FS thread:

I run the ferodo DS2500 pads with RB slotted rotors. Nothing special about any of it really, they're just what I know (and prefered on the Subaru). Geoff put his setup on the car for Nats; girodisc rotors, don't know what pads sorry.

Same here, I hadn't heard of anyone doing that successfully before nationals (but I wasn't looking very hard either).

how are you liking the ds2500s? this is probably different cuz im on stock rotors and my pads might be worn a lot, but i have to stomp REALLY hard to get them to stop at their best

Is Geoff uber-secret with some of this (brake pads, etc)? I have emailed and PMd with no reply.

Hey Doug! Good, you found the link. The car is in excellent condition. I'm super **** as are a lot of car guys but this evo has gotten the royal tx and it shows. Anyone looking for a well-kept, non trashed evo that has never seen over factory boost would be very pleased. I'm thinking I need to post up some more detailed pics showing the wheel wells, calipers, undercarriage, suspension, interior, etc so people can actually get a sense of how nice this car really is.

As for the E85. I've been running it on the car for approx 1.5yrs. I went to my tuner, Ron with RS Motors, and asked if it was possible and he said "no" right away. Then he called me back and said hed be willing to try. We tried it and it works amazing. The injectors are maxed but the tune is perfectly safe and makes good power. The torque is where our cars see the biggest benefit which is very useful for autox.

So whats the suspension brand of choice for STU? I'm looking to build my car up a bit over the winter to run STU next season and coilovers are my main focus. We can only use an aftermarket rear sway bar? No front or underbody braces? How about that whiteline roll center kit?
