Congrats on the win Chris! Sucks that Rob/Kevin had issues with the clutch (again), would have been nice to see more of a battle. But yay, a win's a win.

Clutch issues were the primary reason I went with the STi. I'm too lazy to change the clutch every year, especially since I hear they're quite the undertaking. I'm sure I'm giving up time on course, but it's kind of fun being the underdog.

 

Well apparently SportsCar thinks the STi is the car to have for Nationals this year.
Let's do our best to prove them wrong

 

I saw that a little bit ago, I wonder if they've had a chance to see the course design or something and know something that we don't.

Congrats to everyon on their honorable mentions (Rick, Geoff, Doug, Sean, Brandon, Rankins). All I know is that it's going to be a lot of fun and should be some good battles.

Dang...I wanted to watch the STR battle. Actually, with that many cars, I guess I should call it the STR war

 

Looks like STU is up to 34 entries for Nats and 9 for the Pro. Sweet. Less than a week until I'll be leaving to head out there. Leaving Wednesday after work and arriving on Thursday evening so we can be nice and relaxed on Friday. Three drivers, 5 hour shifts, 5 hours of sleep in the back of the truck. FTW.

Nope, 20-21 hours. It just means that somebody (not me) has to drive twice. But it will feel like 15 hours with 5 hours of sleep.

 

I'm being so unproductive at work today. It will be even worse tomorrow as I pack while "working" from home.
