STU Gents,
Just in case anyone is in need of one, I have my tow hitch up for sale which I used to pull my tire trailer.

Looking forward to the Colorado Tour in 2 weeks... Going to be codriving an STU Evo. I've driven it a few times this year, it rocks.
AWD is cheating for autocross... Lucky for us, it's 100% legal!
Can't wait to go up against Rob & Kevin... And anyone else who might show up! Bring it!

Nice work Geoff, why didn't you run your car? I assume you are helping Doug dial in his?
Are you running the Yoks? (or just the stickers)
Good luck in the PRO wish I were making the trip.

Thanks guys!
I'll let Doug write the story, but the 11 hours of work Fri paid off
It was pouring on 1st heat BOTH days
I would have hated being in the 2nd heat since it was drying conditions.
Kev- helping with their car and ya we're on the yoks

Good luck at the Pro Geoff! Looking at the points, if you can get the win then you'll take the Pacific Zone bonus points despite the tie with Rob. Looks like they gave him the Mid-America win, and despite being tied with him in the Atlantic Zone with him winning the head to head, they gave the 5 points to me. I'll take what I can get, but should be a good time next month.
yeah, we had a mechanical issue with the clutch, we (they) couldn't get the downpipe off the car to make room for dropping the tranny... i think that took them the better part of half a day to get sorted out! ... (I had a family obligation that I had to attend so I missed all that drama)
both Saturday and Sunday started out dry, but as soon as we headed to the site it began to rain buckets... and NO, it wasn't really all that fun.. maybe once in a while it'd be ok but my god.. I've had enough rain to last me a life time. maybe SoCal is in my future
best part of the weekend (that I didn't miss) was helping out the ladies in STUL. On Saturday they had some really close competition, Tasha and Gretchen were very unhappy with the car though and 5 out of their 6 runs were all around the same tenth.. finally, just before Tasha was to head out for her last run and we're standing around scratching our heads Geoff finds a shiny new washer laying on the ground next to the front wheel, PANIC! our new drop link lost a bolt and they'd been running without a front bar this whole time. We ran the half mile (I exaggerate) back to our paddock spots, grab a box of spares, jack, tools etc and make it back out to grid, call a mechanical and Geoff get's the thing put back together in minutes. Then, while the whole event is on hold waiting for Tasha to run, who was second to last in class up to that point, goes out, get’s clean run and manages to pull out the lead by a tenth or so, pretty good competition.. and again on Sunday, STUL was a race to watch.
