IMHO if *any* air passes underneath it it, it's a wing

I drove Josh L's (7th at nationals last year) STi on Saturday, at Hershey. He beat me by a half second clean and a full second raw (~60 second course). He's an excellent driver and the car is very well set up. I have my work cut out for me!

Hoping to get the car back this week.

no air passes under it. it is that type-c rexpeed spoiler, bolts to factory holes, and sits flush with the trunk lid.

Oh autocrossing in the dry that must be nice, I've done 4 events this spring, and not one of them have been dry. I must say though the star specs do pretty well in the wet., not perfect, but not too shabby.

Yeah but isn't there a really tiny hole in the middle for drainage?

Definitely a congrats to Geoff.

Yeah, someone made up some good plates... caster is wonderful, have the camber I need, with plenty of adjustability to spare!

Great drive Geoff and congrats on the win! I'm a little slow too and didn't realize you were running the Yoko's. I need to pick up some tires and now you have me thinking. Damn you. Congrats again!

You forgot to lock it though.

Geoff or Rick, either of you considering doing the Lincoln Tour/Pro in May?

We may have a transporter going out from SoCal, but I think I'll be at a wedding that weekend.

I actually haven't ordered one yet. At the Mineral Wells Pro I was on brand new Star Specs so I am thinking maybe that contributed to some of my pushing problems. I decided to wait and test the current setup out once more at tomorrow's local event (small lot) to see if it has the same understeer problems. If the push isn't gone now that the tires are scrubbed in, I was considering the Road Race Engineering 25mm bar.

Star Specs need 10-20 runs to come in. I made the mistake of going to the Toledo Pro last year with only 300 basic street miles on the tires. They were greasy and pushed badly. They got better with each set of runs. I gained 2.5 seconds over the weekend, which is very uncommon for me.

They really need a few events to really get fast.
