2011 MT washington here i come!!
Morning results are up: http://climbtotheclouds.com/general-info/results/
(Practice doesn't count and practice times can be very misleading.)
Overall, it's Higgins' to lose and Rob has less than a second lead in R1. Rather exciting.

I ended up in a creek on Sat in practice and had to scramble to get the car up the hill. It wasn't perfect that's for sure.
HUGE THANKS to Rob and his team for for Mitsubishi parts we would have never found anywhere around. And great to meet him!
Rob kicked ***! If you have never driven this mountain you have no idea what an awsome road this was. Video's of racing it don't do any justice.

Thank you guys its means a lot! Specially from racers! I am as usual messed up the whole video footage but what I have I will post. I am sure we can find some footage on the net soo, also the espn and the travel channel was there so I am hoping they have something from me too.
Saw both of you guys run yesterday. Rob, I have to say this time you guys impressed me....very nicely done. I'll post some vids I got of the runs, including both the evo X's, the Evo VIII and VI, great day overall, and glad the weather was mostly dry for some absolutely staggering runs, including Higgins and the record breaker, as well as Alex and Bill from DSG.

I did search, but only saw information on what you've done to the ABS and the new computer for the ACD. I'm wondering if you still have the OE AYC in the back, or if you have swapped in a new diff inside (such as a 1.5-way) but kept the AYC, or maybe swapped the entire unit out. Some people have argued that a 1.5-way plus the AYC is better for low-grip situations. I would like to know what you think about this.

Works like a charm, later we will change it to a IX rear /i have them already/ but as long as the AYC works we will probably not change it.
the reason will be for a change , the IX rear diff is cheaper .
Cheers Rob
yeah baby
Spend the weekend at the hill and met a lot of very talented drivers. Spent a lot of time with Jeremy, great guy and fantastic driver. All the evo's made us proud, there was no beating Higgin's. Had my ix and it almost made it to a parts car for Jer but other competitor's ponyed up and lent parts so the black viii could finish the weekend. I knew I had to make to this event and it was worth it to be part of and amazing race. Congrats to everyone that had the guts to race one of the most difficult hills in the world. Warren
One last question, then, please.
OFF OFF (i.e., ASC off and braking function of AYC off) or just the ASC off? Or do you leave it all on? I have this funny image of you trying to press and hold the button for three seconds when you get to the end of the tarmac section. I can't imagine that you did that, but it's still an amusing idea.
