SCCA to NASA classing help
I am doing a NASA Circuit cross event this coming weekend and would like to run in a NASA class... but i have no idea what NASA class my car falls in. In SCCA I am in STU with minimal mods like intake, exhaust and 245 tires. Can somebody help me out with classing? Thanks.

Let's start with what car you have
Here's a thread I started about this. It behooves you to have a VIII GSR for NASA. And no remote reservoirs :unamused:

Here's my classing (I also have an SCCA STU car)

Here's my classing (I also have an SCCA STU car)
Code:
Lancer Evo MR ('06)(AWD) NXB* 3285 7
Forced induction +5 5
Tires
Dunlops 2
B's base is 265, so 245s -4
Engine
4) Intake+inlet 1
23) header 2
24) turboback 2
25) cat 1
Suspension
1) external reservoirs 10
4) springs 2
7) swaybar 2
Total 30
Haha oops...
I have a 2003 Evo VIII. ....GSR? I have no idea. Just got the car about two months ago and trying to learn all this stuff.
Here are my mods below.
Applying the same to mine would be 20? So I would be in NXB?
Thanks for the help!

IIRC the VIII starts in TTC/NXC. The diffuser is almost certainly not free too
hahah thats funny.
apr rear diffuser isnt allowed in STU to my knowledge. unless its ok since it kind of doesnt do anything at scca speeds. up to the region perhaps? if not competitive people usually dont care for aesthetics.

Hah ok lets try this again. I found the rulebook online.
So
Mitsubishi Lancer Evo VIII ('03-'05)(AWD) NXC** 3263
All of the other stuff is correct from the copy paste since those are all of my mods just like yours.
Rear diffuser is a no points added mod in NASA-X
Still unsure about it in STU though.
