Since there was some interest in this thread, I will add a small update.
Last time when my commute was much longer, brakes started to make noise earlier than I expected. So, when I finally got some free time, I replace those rings with a brand new set, but had no new bolts to use. Old set had to be used and a year or so later, didn't have any issues with anything. I think it is still smarter to use new bolts and my recommendation, but you might be OK if you have to use the old set as well. Be smart!

Usually when replacing the rotors the nuts are replaced and the bolts are ok to re use.. The hardware is usually quite different from manufacturer to manufacturer... Some AP stuff can be bought cheaply but I guess the original MR set is Brembo.. I recently overhauled some brembo racing discs and that floating hardware (float is in the hats in that version) is ridiculously expensive..

I ran on the Mach V rotor rings for like $164 a pop and they worked great last season:

Why are you reinventing the wheel?

The picture of that MachV rotor looks like a coleman rotor...LOL. And they're about the same price. I think MrAWD was trying to source rotors long before MachV had them.

When I was looking for two-piece rotors, I looked at OEM X MR rotors and how much replacement rings would be. It turned out to be cheaper, in the long run, to go with RB or a similar brand because the quote I got from Coleman was pretty high.
Is this still the case? It's been a couple years since I priced everything out.

I was paying $175 a piece since the first set back in 2014. Last time I got the same price. That was way cheaper than anything else I was able to find!

Wow. That's much nicer than the quote I got. RB is about $475 with hardware. Coleman had me quite a bit beyond that.

You have the specs above - just ask for those! Or tell them to make the same one they made for me!!

RB is no longer $475, they have gone way up.

It very well might be. It proudly lists that they are made in the USA which I am sure is rare for brake rotors. I know the Mach V option was the only affordable option I found when I started researching them back in 2017. Not sure when they started selling them.

This will do for $10.80:
https://www.racingbrake.com/McLaren-...re-p/ml1-e.htm

Other option if you insist on those black pieces is $22.50:

Or, just inspect and reuse your old stuff. Seriously, for this cheap, it is no brainer!

OPS! I will take this last one back! Price is per one set that includes 3 or 4 pieces and we need 8 sets per rotor. Now it makes sense that I wasn't happy for paying close to $200 for a whole thing!
