The picture definitely doesn't look right, since we are using regular crashed nuts instead of those on the picture. I would call them and find out what is going on.

At the same time, I am currently putting together my new rotors as well and all of that hardware is just reused.

So....most of the links are no longer working and I just found out my rings are under spec.
I downloaded the pic of specs to send to Coleman. Anyone have any other updated info on replacement rotors and/or the correct hardware?

I think racing brake still has them. But they're $780. Girodisc complete rotors/hats are only a smidge more money.

I think I'm gonna swap away from away from 2-piece rotors. I have three sets of hats because every time I buy a set, prices go up or the parts become unavailable.
I don't think it's worth it.

Certainly not worth it to run the OEM one. Replacement rings for Girodisc or racing brake aren't nearly as expensive.

I'll have to save and start over. I forgot my Girodisc and RB hats are Evo 8/9. I assume they are different than X. I guess I can use the funds from selling my 8/9 calipers to fund new rotors

I'm going to miss my $50 centric rotors when I finally upgrade to a 2-piece setup. It's amazing how expensive replacement rings can be relative to standard blanks.

I'm trying to think of it's with it. The weight savings is neat....but the cost is soooo much more.
I'm still waiting to hear back from Coleman's. If theirs aren't at a price I'm comfortable with, I'll stick with Centrics.
At that point may as well sell my rears, too.

Centric solid or Stoptech slotted for a streetie. Both made by stoptech in the same factory.

Coleman is making me a set for a bit under $400. I then found these and hope they work. Over $200 for a set, but what are ya gonna do?

Well, Coleman price went up a bit ($20 or so per piece), but still pretty good compare to anything else. And, I only bought one set of hardware (bolts that is) and old ones are still reusable - at least it looks like that. So far, one set of hardware and 4th set of rotors.

My rotors came from a junk yard so I can't say they will survive disassembly. If so, cool... if not... another $250. Not too bad if they last a while. As long as I'm not swapping them every time I swap rings. Which, actually, still wouldn't be THAT bad, considering how few miles I put on it.

The thing that did fail one few of those hardware parts was that little shiny springy thing in there. I think there are two that have broken one of the sides. Bolts seem to be doing fine as long as there is some resistance when you putting nut on.

Good to know, I'll be extra careful. On the bright side, if I were to have any break on me, a new nut/bolt/spring is only $13

Right! But, you need 16 of those to replace them all! Or is it 20...can't remember now
