I've got the CDR plates with the PSRS+Offset, and as noted. This setup lets you get the wheel back in the center of the wheelwell. I ended up with 5.8 Caster.

I'm at closer to 7 degrees with the offset PSRS and CDR plates maxed. With that much caster I ended up hitting things up front when turning.

6.2* here with the PSRS and CDR plates maxed. Differences in rake is what's causing varying degrees of caster with the same parts...

I have 5.3* of caster with just the PSRS. Would like to get some adjustable upper plates to bring the tire back a smidge. And more caster never hurts. I run around 12* on my offroad car.

If you've still got those spare plates, I'll buy them from you. If not, might you share the .dxf? I'm kinda buzzing my fender liners.

thanks!

Just wanted to post up a thanks to Dallas for sharing the design. I had a set cut locally ($60) then anodized (hook-up). My trimming of the upper bearing support turned out a little different and in the future I'll probable add the fourth fastener back in.

Alignment results for the following set-up:
Struts bolts are in the -1deg position, offset Duroball control arm bushings and Whiteline roll-center kit. Ride heights are ~25.75"F & ~25.5"R (GND to fender).

Drivers side -3deg camber, 5.6 caster. Pass side -3deg camber, 5.2deg caster.

Dallas J's high caster camber plates for Ohlins.

Upper bearing plates modified for strut tower pinch bolt clearance.

Passenger side, -3deg camber, 5.2deg caster. Strut camber bolt in the -1deg position.

Driver side, -3deg camber, 5.6deg caster. Strut camber bolt in the -1deg position.

Hmm. I get 5.3* with the PSRS. I was asking Dallas about getting these a while back. I kind of dropped the ball on it.

Awesome dude, glad you made them and posted pics.

I have recently worked on eeking out the last bit of range from these and I'll probably CNC a new set for myself if anyone wants my old ones for a few bucks. New ones I might make from 3/8" plate and core out to take out a few extra grams and because I can .
