Problems with repeatable throttle. BOV?

Sometimes while applying throttle there's no boost, so i usually do a short stab of the throttle and back it off as boost builds and as my traction demands for throttle maintenance or corner exit. This seems to happen most of the time. But about 20% of the time, when i touch the throttle, it feels like the boost never bled off and all 4 wheels break loose mid turn and i start to go wide. Even when i'm going for maintenance throttle this happens a lot. Throughout a run, this normally forces me to be too slow in throttle application, loosing plenty of corner exit speed, or sometimes even still breaking traction. Is my bov sticking? I just want my throttle to feel the same every time i get back on it so i can develop some consistency here.

Mods: stock turbo, stock bov, INjen UICP and intake, Tomei DP & TP, ETS extreme exhaust. Tuned to 300 wheel. 93 octane 25.5 psi max

Could this be throttle body related maybe?

You know that's a good question. At an auto x recently my throttle was cutting out completely and i had to shut off my car and turn it back on mid run to get my throttle pedal to work. I've since replaced that relay with my foglamp relay which seemed to work. Next time i'm at the track i'll test it again with a brand new relay.

Definitely sound like inconsistent throttle response from the electronics.
