Need a picture of OEM front brakes from Inside

If someone has their car half apart, could someone snap a picture of the caliper dismounted and as close as possible to straight on? I need to get the approximate shape of the mounting ears and can use the pic to model that shape scaled with the known bolt pattern.

I change rotors, so the caliper will be off.

Just needed to model the brake tab so I could add clearance and get a radius all around the ear on the upright. That part will get done with a ball mill along with a few other things. Just about ready now to start cutting out the v2 (or is this 3?). Will certainly have these all ready when youre ready to stop playing with german and muscle cars

A radial mount caliper braket to utilize an affordable aftermarket caliper with the stock rotor would be really cool

Totally something I want to do. Not something Id plan on doing big batches of but a custom "members only" type thing maybe? My wants stem from the ultra light weight alcon takeoffs for more weight reduction.

Cause when turning it up to 11 isn't enough, we want to make a 12

The ones I've held were I think nascar takeoffs and titanium. Though I cant find anything specifically like it for sale. I just remember a friend tossed his set over to me and I never expected something that big to be that light knowing what it was.

Heh, maybe its a pipe dream or maybe someone just needs to say "here, this is what you need to make work..."

I wonder if piston sizing would even be remotely correct. Also, I think NASCAR runs really thick front rotors, like 1.6"....lol

Probably wouldn't work, but the intent is there. Just gotta find the right parts and then make the mount holes on the hub. The hub mounting would actually be pretty easy and would just add machining to one more side.

I was thinking to make the radial mount bracket bolt to the stock caliper mounts on yours, or the OEM knuckle.

Wilwood makes a caliper I thought would work, but the min rotor diameter is 12.88", stock rotor is too small.
