Experience with Lime Rock track 86 Db sound limit

I'm scheduling my track days for this season and was thinking of lime rock but then heard they have an 86 Db sound limit. I have open dumps so i doubt i would qualify depending on where they measure it from, anyone have experience with this at Lime Rock? Is this actually enforced? I don't want to lose my track fee if they kick me out.

No way a car with external gates is going to be under 86db even at 50ft. 86db is quite. A lot of stock cars have trouble passing 90db limit at MRLS.

I good question to ask is how far away are they measuring from? But to shadow what LTGD said there is no way in hell you will pass with open dumps at 86db. Even with a recirculated wastegate 86db is still super quiet and will probably be tough to fly under the radar with anything other than a stock exhaust.

The way some people get around this is by directing their exhaust away from where sound is being measured. But without knowing where it'll be tricky borderline impossible. I wouldn't be surprised if your car is upwards of 100db maybe even close to 110db.
