If you're going to that effort why not mount it longitude style like the starion?

 

Just do what I do: sign up for a
​​​"higher" class and have fun. I run XP at the local autocross and "Limited" for GTA (I have no caroet, so...) ,just to make it easy. I'm obviously not anywhere near that spec, but I'm only competing with myself ,anyway. Well, that and TOD.
If you are in it for a points championship, then that's different ,of course.
