No idea if these would be good candidates but what about door hinges, strikers, and hood hinges?

Hard to beat steel crash beam bar.
OEM is not very heavy, steel bends and yet its strong, aluminum in same location would bend & break with very little resistance to impact compared to steel.

Even the north-south bar, i.e. cross brace with front and rear motor-roll-stoppers, is not very heavy, and its convenient place to lift the car up, and surely helps in crash situation.

Hard to have your cake and eat it too, with Evo, as some of these components are well designed and serve a real purpose: changing configuration/spec renders the same component limited in scope.

I suppose for track car, its possible to use other pickup points, but sure is cool to lift the front end from below the north-south bar.

Side pinch welds and under rear diff. I cut a slot in a small piece of 2x4 that the pinch fits in. Works perfectly.

They have specific pinch weld adapters to floor jacks but I always hated jacking up from the side. Im spoiled with a lift now but reminds me bc I have an AMS north south bar now and not so sure I can use that as a front jack point so should grab a pinch weld adapter and add into the toolbox on my trialer with my jack for the trackside fixes.

Sides doesnt really work for me since the jack point is right where the jackstands would go as well. I jack from the side when changing tires of course since I can get front and rear at the same time. But splitter will go back far enough I'll have to do something more interesting I think to get it in the air and be able to put down stands.

Jack on the pinch weld, put stands underneath the frame rails.

There's a little shelf where the front wheel tub meets the unibody, firewall, and frame rail up front. Thats where i pit stands. Does not interfere with jack point. Has worked well for me being im just doing everything from my garage on stands.

could you reinforce the area directly under the factory front jack point on the splitter? Add a layer of rubber and maybe a plate or something right there? Or is that jack point basically gone in your setup?

You'll bend the splitter doing that, alumalite isn't made handle concentrated loads that are normal to the face of it. You could put a hole thru the splitter for the jack to go thru but I'm not going to do that because there's too many variables with that.
