It's certainly possible but I think most of my issues are a result of me and well, just function of hammers on it no BS stiff mounts and revs. My limiter is set to 9200 and Im revving it to over 9 grand consistently (which btw is epic for autox to extend 2nd gear without changing FD to the 4.31 or 4.11).

So yeah its certainly possible its a balance issue but the short block was built by ER so confident that was done right and fully balanced. Car has an ATI damper and I'm also using an Exedy Twin HD, however neither of those were balanced with the rotating assembly but honestly what I'm doing isnt that unique so goes back to what I think is function of what was mentioned prior and Im, well as you put it need to hit the gym

Flywheels and dampers are *never* to be balanced with the crank. If they get changed in the future you would then need to pull the entire motor back down and rebalance the assembly. The crank is balanced by itself, as is the flywheel and damper.

Pretty much SOP for a 4g that doesn't have a stock frame turbo choking it up.

I use blue/serviceable loctite on anything that doesn't get hot like exhaust/turbo stuff. Has worked well for me so far. But my car is a garage queen. She vibrates though without BS and stiffer engine mounts.

Wow...I have a built 2.0 and try to limit to 7500 most of the time on track, winding to 8k only when necessary to hold a gear. I try to be mechanically sympathetic to all of my cars. Even my S2K rarely sees above 6k (a waste I know).
