Damn, that sucks. Sorry to hear about that man. I've been toying with the idea of ugrading my HKS 272's with some bigger cams and thought about these along with Tomei 280's or a set of Jun 272's. I'm leaning towards the Tomei's which have a lift of 11.5 on both sides.

i think kelfords are out of the question now that i gotta pay like 5grand to fix their mistake. kevin, you know you didnt raise my stock rev limiter so there was no way i over reved it, and when it died i wasnt shifting....

Dude that is bad news. Good luck with it all.

I don't plan on ever changing cams. I've heard too many horror stories about failures and general reliability issues.

IN .475(12.06mm) EX .466(11.83mm) They are some big cams. you need to check with FP if you can run with stock pistons. Well that doesn't matter in your case. I know for a fact you cant run BF272 with stock pistons. too much lift and will contact the piston. There is also PIPER cams out of the UK. I dont know who makes their cores. I personally would go with FP and support the locals. Secondly would be Buschur. Either way they are both Comp Cams. However you cant get BF272 specs. I just know the lift is greater than 12mm.
