I cant say Im a big fan of the red BOV.... the rest looks pretty cool though still undecided

i decided paint it cause the aluminum on that hood scoop is full of calcium deposit from rain water. the bov is discolored with stain,i tried to polish it still not good. the agency power bov is red so i just make all red.

From the outside of the hood, how much red do you see through the vent openings? I think it looks pretty good.

 

actually not so obvious. when you take the pictures there you will see.

 

Is it painted or powdercoated?

 

powdercoat is expensive. i just use those high heat(1200') ceramic paint. sant it prime, paint x coats.
