This past Thursday, I made the 45 minute journey to Plano, TX for my dyno session. Before jumping on the rollers, Chris recommended I install an additional fuel pump, a Walbro 255lph pump went in. He also recommended a 3 port, so that was also installed there.

These are my results, I don't know the temperature or the humidity. The day was pretty hot as I remember, about 95 degrees outside and the car was getting pretty hot after so many pulls... There was no baseline because the car ran like crap after getting the 3 port installed so the tuning began immediately. I was running Cobb OTS Stg II previously.

I'm posting simply to show my results with the mods that I have:
1. AMS Twin Tip TBE
2. Cobb Turbo Inlet
3. Cobb Intake
4. ETS 4" intercooler and piping

Everyone at Cobb Plano was great! Calvin was very impressive. He kept my car on the dyno 30 minutes after they were supposed to be closed, tweaking it. After making about 10-12 pulls, he felt that it was safe and consistent enough to call it good.

All in all, the car runs amazingly smooth, especially since the 1.06 map had problems to begin with... The car just drives easier and smoother. Seat of the pants impression, noticeably quicker.

Hey Paul,

Forgot what TBE you had.... I thought it was AMS... but for some reason I had ETS on my mind when I made the video.

More HP won't get in jail for longer periods, just in jail faster! Come with me to the Texas Mile this year...run ballz out for 3 days, no bacon. Registration begins mid August for the October run.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. Unfortunately that'll be all I'm doing to my car. There may be an off chance of going to e85 in a year or so but I've promised the wife this was all I could do without spending another couple grand. There are always going to be (much) faster cars out there but (just like AK) 300whp is enough to get you in big trouble very quickly!

If it were only up to me I'd already have a FP Red or Green with e85 and cams with the supporting mods and call it done!

Nice mods and nice power but Cobb, curious why you recommended a walbro on this car? The stock fuel pump and injectors seem to be more than adequate for cars in the 300whp range, and with a set of dw800's have been supporting ~400whp on a Mustang Dyno.
