It is my firm belief that the reason so many go muscle cars is to make up for their weight with horsepower. A very limited few try to do it with an import but I would argue they should ditch the auto trannies to save weight.

Currently, both.

Track car has no rear seats, spare, tools, cover, lighter coil-overs, light rims for track use. More on deck now. Ill start a thread in Other Cars when I really go to town.

And driver weight does help...albeit, its easier to cut crap off a car than loose 10 lbs.
