i've got rear bars in stock for the 8/9, and front and rear bars for the x in stock

 

we dynoed joshs evo 9 road race car last night:



it has a 5756 turbo on e85, very conservatively tuned to 475whp @ 27psi and 400ftlb of torque. it still has the stock motor so we werent wanting to break anything. also it is a road race car so we take it easy when making bigger numbers.



also we got a sign for the front wall finally!

i personally havent been to cobb. however as long as josh, kevin, and everyone else who chips in, continues to do excellent work, i see no need to go anywhere else.

 

You should absolutely go where you feel most comfortable and or get the best deal/ services.

Dallas is big enough for multiple shops to operate, and from what I see both shops make their respective customers happy, very much so.

What there is absolutely no room or need for is anyone slamming any one else's car, shop or anything else.

It's unfortunate that's it seems to be just one individual that wants to stir the pot/ poke the hornets nest for some unknown reason.

I think we all have a love and a passion for our EVO's; and it doesn't matter what model it is, where you go for your mods or services.

Let's all have a great time at our meets and enjoy the friendships we create.

 

^Agreed fully! I've used all the locals shops for at least one thing or another and for the most part I've been very satisfied with them all. The only slight negative experience I had was with a tire shop in Fort Worth but now that EvoD can do tires, and they're 15 minutes from my house, I don't see a reason to make that drive again anyway.

Just to be clear, when I say all I'm referring to the ones who help support NTEC.

 

i agree nothing negative to say at all here from me. there are alot of shops here in dfw for anyone to chose from with only less than a handful that actually uphold the values that car enthusiasts expect.

 

Yeah excellent point, Evo D can do tires, from what I gather, great prices and perfect balance. Ill be getting my next set from him I think. Oct/ Nov

 

Well, mine is a good example. I do business with both Cobb and EvoDynamics.
I must say great customer service from both places, and Yes, I do mean both Kevin D and Kevin H

 

Too bad Andy H can't get along he was banned for a day and rightfully so. So if and when he chimes in again hopefully he will have learned how to be more respectful and be that guy I knew that was extremely kind to my son and a cool car guy.
