Is Evo Dynamics the best/cheapest place to get this done? I called NTB yesterday and they want 140 dollars to do it and my roommate said they scratch his wheels.

Is there a shop that mounts and does alignment? I was supposed to go to Cobb for alignment but they ended up closing the weekend of my appointment for memorial day.

Gotta get this done pretty quick, my tires are real bald.

 

I would get Evlotion Dynamics to install Tires, I heard nothing but good things about them installing tires and ask Kevin any NTB he suggest to get an Alignment..

 

Given where you are, yes. I've watched Kevin mounting tires, and he takes his time and gets it right. I would also not hesitate for one moment to take my car to PTP for tire mounting.

EvoD is the place for tire mounting/balancing then shoot over to Cobb for your alignment.

 

If distance isnt a problem, PTP has a touchless tire mounting thingy.......They did my wheels and were flawless. Cheap as hell btw....

Even if Kevin was more expensive (which he is probably not) I would still go there. Cobb did my alignment and did great. NTB and Discount tire have all scratched wheels on more than one occasion and also tore up the paint on my Brembos. Most of those places have a lot of highschool kids doing the work. Not that they are dumb, just not enough experience to know or reallly give a crap.

 

I think Evolution Dynamics mounts and balances for like $15 or $20 a wheel depending. Best deal in town in my opinion. Give them a call or drop an email.

 

When I got mine done a month ago, KevinD quoted me $60 to do all 4 tires. That included Dismounting, Mounting, and Balancing. Breaks down to $15 per tire as you said. Best price you will get AND have your wheels cared for during the whole process.
