Quote: I picked up a FP green today at lunch so we'll see what the car will do. I can't wait to get it back on the road. Driving to work and back is so boring now.
Good choice. You won't regret it.

Very nice! Skip the Forge junk though and get FP's WGA instead.

It should be a real beast of a setup. While it's all apart you should run the ex mani, turbine housing, and downpipe over for coating.

How about a ported IM/TB combo?

I thought about it and I would like to do coating and ported IM/TB but I am 100% tapped out. I am literally to the last dollar with the budget I had. The wife told me she would murder me if I spent another dime and I believe her

Even though my position, I will float you a dime or two to get what you want! Just don't tell the wifey! It's a diaphram with a plunger, it cannot be that bad.

I don't think it will be ready this month. I'm thinking early December.

Custom pistons mostly. I think most of the other parts shouldn't be a issue. Pistons are 4-8 weeks out, but they will be perfect so it's worth the wait. At this point with only a few more autocrosses this year there is no sense in rushing parts to get it back up and running. We'll do it right the first time around and be ready for next season. Sad part is I will probably miss the Toy Run, but it's all good.

That sucks man! I wish you all the best and please hurry, we have so few Evo owner's show up to actually drive their cars...minus you, Jeremy, and Chris, it makes one to most events.

Justin, the build sounds killer! I'd love to drive it once everything is back together and sorted. I know it seems like a long wait. But Kevin will do it right.

You are absolutely invited to drive it. We can co-drive it if you want. We can do a NTAXS or BMW or something. I should make all the SCCA events with you next season for sure. I need some lessons from the master so any time your down, I'm down, and if you might have any used hoosiers keep me in mind too. I know they aren't the best but I may be able to get some runs out of them.
