I show part number 6410B308 for the cover itself, 6410B300 for the extension assembly.
ETA: From an insurance perspective, you should call your company and let them know what happened. It's not your fault, so it won't affect your rates, and if (when) the guy balks at paying, you are protected. Insurance companies can subrogate and get all the money back.
Edited again: Also, if it's just spidering, the bumper should be repaired, not replaced.

Car is now at the shop getting fixed. Got an ETA of 2/14 to get it back..... going to be the best valentines present ever! 533.48 for the damage. Most expensive granola bar ever for that guy!
