Just ordered my tires....they will be put on tomorrow, they are Hankook w409, got them for cheap from a local shop who wants rid of his winter tires at this point....



$440.00 Total w/ m&b.....now im excited about the snow-x to try these out, they look like a truck tire.

 

Damn, thats a deal. I just ordered my Blizzak WS-60's for $643...w/o mounting and balancing . Oh well, this is the first time I've ever had snow tires on my car and i'm pretty pumped. Counting down the days until SnowX .

Trav I have been running those on my beater for a few years, I must say I am impressed. I am running a slightly smaller size than you 170/55/13 so the narrower tire helps but they have my vote

 

Hey everyone, Im new to this forum but have been part of evoxforums for quite a while. I bought a evo x a couple months ago and hopefully i can get to some meets that you guys go to. This is my 1st car that has a turbo on it so it would be cool for some of you to teach me a couple of things!

its a tire shop in Valencia, - cant remember the name? its a mile from my office.

The ones I got are 225/45/17, wanted to go a little thinner to help even more in snow.

 

Evos have turbos?
