OK, I talked to Chris @ Beaverun about renting the VDA for a private Snow-X since the last one was, to say the least, crowded.

I am limiting it to 15 people so that we get tons of runs in and are not stuck sitting for hours like last time.

$35 each. 10am - 4pm on Sun Feb 8th.

Since this will be limited to 15 people and it's a private rental of the track, I am collecting payment ahead of time to reserve your spot. Post up or PM me if you are interested, but I won't reserve your spot until I receive payment.

This is not an event that is open to the public and will not be posted on the Beaverun forum - only people that have pre-paid through be allowed to run.

since it's a private event does that mean i can get ripped to the **** on whiskey and barbiturates before i hit the course for the first time?

Wow. I was just saying this morning that I wished the last event was held later since I just got my car taken care of and snow tires. I'm seriously interested. How do we pay?

 

You know im in. I assume this is weather pending? Is there a snow date? Erin wants to come this time, what will the spectator cost be?

Seriously though - the $35 for 15 people covers all of the costs so any spectators/photographers/etc. are free.

The only "catch" for this rate is that we have to run our own timer, but that is already covered by myself and another guy. Chris will be providing "tow services" for anyone that gets stuck.

The timed runs will probably be at the beginning like last time, and then we will just be doing fun runs.
