local Pittsburgh Meet
Blizzak WS-50 Went through snow like it wasn't there. Not good on dry. LONG stopping distances very annoying
Blizzak Revo 1 Excellent in the snow. Also vague on the highway.
Blizzak LM-22. Good enough, but not the tire the WS-50's were. Better in the dry though
Dunlop Grapsic version 2 - I have these now. They are very good, even excellent in the snow. Very vague at highway speeds and mushy in corners. Driving routinely on unploughed city streets in the early mornings of winter I needed a pure snow tire. They SUCK at everything else. Pretty cheap though.
Michellin X-ice 2. These are on my wife's car now. Great in the dry and as good as the dunlops in the snow I would have gotten these on the evo but they aren't made in that size anymore.

I felt they were acceptable but not worth the tradeoff in snow traction vs. the ws-50.
A lot of pure snows, like the x ice 2, ws-50/60 wear pretty quickly as they are made of a "silica" compound which is very soft.
FYI: Mondo has the lm-22's on his car now.
yeah i like the lm22's. mine are getting a little long in the tooth, this is their 4th season right now, but they still do quite well.
i don't have any real trouble to speak of in the snow, and they're acceptable on drive pavement.

My experiment with all season is done as well, has anyone used the hankook icebears? They seem like the cheapest I found.
and Jer's wagon was fun too and seemingly unstoppable!
