Mike is doing the install at mitsubishi...i'm not looking forward to that bill. My car was only boosting to 15psi due to a boost leak about a month or so before the tranny quit, so I can't imagine how its going to feel once that is fixed combined with a working transmission. Its gonna be sweet.

Mike, I'd buy your KW's, but I ran out of organs to sell.

Got bumper removed. Have the Demonwerkz crash support installed. The JDM bumper should be here tomorrow. Hopefully get that installed this weekend.

Anyone in the area running an oil pressure gauge? I got one to fill out my cluster in the glove box, so now I have boost, AFR, and oil press. What source did you use for the oil pressure? Did you get a sandwich adapter for the oil filter so you didn't have to tap anything? What is the safest, most accurate source to show oil pressure?

Thanks for the help. I just hope I don't have to drill and tap the block...

I am! and no sammich adapter, though I would say it would have been a lot easier with one. Oh wait, mines a Suby There should be an oil galley plug somewhere you could remove and screw in the proper adapter.

Jim you need an adapter for the sensor that already hangs off the back of the block. Not hard to do

There is an adapter that comes with the oil pressure sensor. 3/8 screw fitting I am pretty sure. Any idea if this is the right one? Or where I could find the right one? Can anyone show me in the manual, reference what page its on or take a pic of where I need to put the adapter? Sorry, I am looking all over and reading the entire Engine Components section and am still searching...

Almost done with the gauge setup. I hate the look down the pillar, and even the MR gauges that stand out. I will never really need to constantly see them unless I am really pushing the car so I tucked them away. AFR, Boost, Oil Pressure. In that order from left to right.

^ did you find a graphic guy? I had a friend of Justin's do a number plate for me but, I'm looking for a good car graphic designer myself. Also is your car going to be ready for the first April TT at BR? I have to plan out some things on my racing schedule and I don't want to miss out on racing another EVO.

Ps. In in prep mode myself for the season. I have 2 sets of lightly used tires I just purchased. A set or r6's and a6's. Now for some 2 piece rotors and more brake pads.

What day is that TT at BR? I'd be interested in going since it's not too far away.
