For the tint, i recommend Jon @ Advantage Window Tint. He works out of Terry's Auto Glass in Jeannette. His prices are competitive, but a little on the high side. However, his work is worth every penny. He usually schedules about a month ahead.
Denny: Congrats! Cant wait to see it in person.

I've seen work by both and they both do very good work - can't go wrong with either, but if you cheap out on the quality of film you pick it's not exactly their fault.
What kind of tint is legal to get? And what could I sneak by? My friend actually got a ticket for his 2.5% tint, lol. I don't want to go that extreme, but what is worth getting done and being safe with?
Thanks Brian.
As for tint...The law is sooooo vague - they basically leave it up to the officer to determine if they can see into your car. There really is nothing that says "x %" is permitted on the front windows. Rear - just about anything flies but the front if you have just about anything on and the cop wants to pull you over, he will - just that simple. Nothing is really safe so you just take your chances and keep your finger on the power window buttons
Oh, and Monroeville cops LOVE to pull people over for tint

question,
i'm registering for the aug time trial. its $119 and some change in total-but it's asking me to pay with pay pal. my credit card it set up through there- and i'd much rather pay cash/check for this event. will they still be taking payments durring the morning???
