Just my .02 from the redneck corner of the interwebs.
I did not mean that statement to offend or sound like a jag off. Though I am one fo sho

All I am saying is , I know what its like having the bigger turbo with high expectations out of it and what not. There are tons of examples of HTA35R powered cars going very F'n fast. Its easy to get caught up in this.

One thing to consider is , these examples of these very fast HTA cars are being driven very very hard at the track to accomplish the times.

There is no "easy does it" at the track and getting anything close to a respectable time slip for any given setup. To go quick in an Evo at the 1/4 strip requires you to launch the car AGRESSIVELY anything less will result in sub-par performance.

Thats my point if you are afraid of breaking then dont do it. Save yourself the headache. If you do run it , then accept the fact that you might go home that night with a very large repair cost.

We all work very hard for our cash I am sure. It comes down to how much you actually depend on your car on a day to day. Race it hard if you dont need the car , if you do then beware

dude, no no no, don't worry about offending, you're 100% right.

it has been said many times before, you have to pay to play.

you're absolutely correct in your initial statement.

I am sure if you were to ask Jeremy. He would tell you if you are thinking of breaking or wrecking then you shouldnt attempt to do hillclimbing for example.

The reason is , you dont do these events to do it in fear , you will never reach your own potential with that mentality runnin in the back of your head.

You are there to run and run as hard as you can. Obviously we all dont want to break or wreck but I am fairly confident that Jeremy go's into those hillclimbs knowing that he can wreck , but I am sure he will tell you that it does not cause him to hold back on his attack on the course

also, if you are always worried about wrecking, you won't be committing 100% to your run, and won't have the concentration you should.

i would think you may actually stand a higher chance of wrecking then.

The Electric Blue 9 is Bryce (he works at Olive Garden aka why the car is parked there).
The Electric Blue 8 is Ian (Garcia and I met him the other night).

There is a red 8 that is lowered with black stockies and has at least an exhaust. I see him in downtown Gbg and Rt. 30 always going the other way. I knew about Bryce and i too have seen the blue 8. He was parked at Sherman Williams a few weeks ago when i spotted it.
