local Pittsburgh Meet
i'm not sure about the 6th. but we tenatively have a meet scheduled for saturday the 9th i believe. i am figuring on going up to flashlight drags during the day that day, and then meeting that night maybe around 8ish.
welcome to the community man!
welcome to the community man!
i am planning on going to zelie as well and if the meet is on for later that night im up
yeah i think the waterfront would be perfect. the usual spot? over past the theatre? nice parking lot space, and of course, close proximity to beer is a must!
hey, welcome to the board.
looks like we're gonna have a meet up flashlights beforehand
bvdawg, i was thinking about station square, but unless anyone has any objections waterfront might be better. there is more parking and it is free.

Dave I have to disagree, road tuning I think is superior to a dyno tune. With road tuning you are actually tuning you car to variables that you actually drive in everyday (for the most part). Yeah you can replicate that to a certain extent but you can never replace the actual thing on a dyno. Nothing beats real world data and real world results....the track is what will tell the story no matter what a dyno says.
Mondo def. invest into the lc-1, the bundle they sell is awesome....and comes with the software and tactrix cable + wideband....all you need to get then is evoscan
Here is some great reading material on tuning from innovate....you will def. learn a lot about you car and will have fun doing it. You will learn to love and hate your knock sensor at the same time but remember it is your friend in the end

If you have any questions or need some help let me know....I have been messing with this stuff since it first came out, so I have a lil bit of knowledge about the software and stuff
