Have fun with the eleventy billion people out there and 3 hour commutes. Not to mention you get speed cameras and cops placed every other mile to prey on those with large, trunk-mounted wings. I hated driving around in Cali.

Oh, and I did find a sweet parking lot today. Century III mall. I should have thought of it earlier. I went over by PetCo and Levin Furniture parking lot...totally empty and insanely fun .

Chances are good that any Sears or Kmart lot is going to be snow covered! If it isn't, then we probably don't own the building and the landlord maintains it. Our company is so stupid.

I actually work for the Pittsburgh district 245. I'm a QMT II. I do different kinds of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, etc... My job sucks real bad though. One days it's cool and I'm learning about Programable logic controlers and energy management systems. The next day I'll have to freeze my *** off on the roof trying to find a leak or change filters on a rooftop unit. And there's only 5 level II's and 5 level I techs servicing 12 or so Sears stores and 28 Kmarts. Typical skeleton crew... anything to save a buck.

I am not really concerned about that. If i can get into USC's master's program i can deal with it.

I am also thinking about getting rid of my car when i get out there, or getting a 2nd car... A pontiac G8 :-D.

There are tons of parking lots out in the robinson area ripe for the plucking.

century III mall is great for that. i like that parking lot that is kind of over by the freight pickup for sears. it's on the bottom level but not covered. it's pretty big, no light poles, and no one ever parks there because it is far as hell away from the mall entrance.

CCAC south is a decent place too.

i just got back from lowes in bethel park a minute ago. had to pick up some rock salt and a snow shovel.

i got to have a little fun in their parking lot, but there were light posts everywhere, so not too much. at any rate the Blizzak WS-50's feel pretty mean in the snow. i can get a little slide going if i turn the wheel and give it some gas, but other than that they have some pretty impressive grip.

i'm gonna have to go give them a better test later, possibly at century III.

gotta make sure i know how they handle before i drive alot on them, right?

Actually, blame Chris and his GTO!!! LOL. I was very skeptical of these cars at first, but wow are they nicely built. The quality is actually amazing.

Here are some pics and info on the G8. http://seriouswheels.com/cars/top-20...T-Show-Car.htm

Is this meet just for Evos, or would you let a GTS in on the mix?

I just moved to Monroeville from the Meadville area. Got my GTS at Biondi about a month ago.

I work at UPMC Presbyterian in Oakland. Who drives the red Evo that always goes up DeSoto and turns right at Ohara? I'm usually standing there waiting for the damn shuttle to take me back to my car in the big parking lot near Hot Metal Bridge.
