Roll Racing isnt Racing

Dan you gotta be gettin bored beatin up on Dave all the time. Dave might have forgot he was racing

 

Hey cool video. I met up with Colin on friday to do a little stock IX vs. stock X run. Video will be posted as soon as it's edited.

 

9 or 10 out of 10 in every category except for power/power delivery. There is no race to redline like you feel with the 8-9. Its smooth and when you step on it, you go fast. It just doesnt have that oh **** feeling.

 

hey guys,, i mentioned this to some of you last night, but i figured i would post it up here too.

when the weather gets warmer i would like to take a cruise down to mount davis out in somerset by the maryland border.

mount davis is the highest point in PA, and the drive is nice and relaxing. it takes almost two hours to get there, but i think it could be a fun cruise when the weather warms up.

what do you think?

there is also a lake called high pointe right around there too, so if we all leave relatively early in the day on a saturday, say around 10ish, i bet we could get some good fishing in

 

Ah, I don't mind beating Dave all the time. Plus no one else is as willing to go for a quick run! And if Dave forgot anything, it's were 4th gear is

Justin , that is a real nice idea , obviously I would be EVO - Less this summer . But I would not mind cruisin with and perhaps fielding a vid camera

 

 

that would be excellent. even if you are evo-less cameras and shotgun buddies are always welcome.

the road leading in to mount davis is on of my favorite roads i've ever driven on. it's 10 miles of twisty tarmac draped on the ridge leading up to the summit.

it's dangerous if you're going too fast though. there's no guard rails, so if you go off you're rolling over a cliff and down into a cow pasture for about a half a mile, but if you drive relatively conservatively it's really fun.

Hey last night after playing forza with you and dave i realized we should make our cars exactly as they are in real life (same mods and everything) and then race...that'd be fun.

here is my car in real life (minus that gay front end....I'll take it off but otherwise...)





and yes, I did photoshop on the amsperformance.com sticker and the black vortex generators . other than that and the front end it's as real as it gets. exhaust, cams, intake, etc etc... dave and justin...get to work

 

those damn camzz and 8k shifts pwns the stock setup everytime.
