got my blizzacks put on today. i am quite pleased, the dry traction is better than i expected.

they seem slightly noisier than the advans, but no surprises there.

i would also like to take a second to shamelessly promote the body shop that did all my work for my wreck. nothing but professionals there.

i really can't explain how pleased i am with the work and the treatment i got.

Liotus & Winter Auto Body Inc
1735 Prospect Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15236

Phone: (412) 885-8787

so if you need collision work in the south hills, those are your guys.

they we also cool enough to get their vinyl guy to make me a mitsubishi red vinyl for my front emblem, to replace the vinyl i had before the wreck.

.

Wait until you drive with them in the snow. They're really amazing and inspire a lot of confidence. I drove the EVO during the snow last weekend and they are fabulous. The EVO had fine traction. I walked down the same streets the same day and slipped and fell on my ***. Twice. Next time I am driving. It's safer!

ya know i actually asked him about non repair work, he said he is usualy kept pretty busy with collision work, but it is worth a shot.

hehe, i had a good feeling about the lm-22's when the guy at the tire shop struck up a conversation with me about how great they are as he was ringing me out.

tire guys are very serious about their rubber.

I'd like to know some of those paint places. When my lip got broken, it tore up my front bumper a little bit. Not too bad, but noticeable. I want it fixed, but don't know where to take it.

Oh and the evo owned the road today in the ice and snow. I love this car in the winter just as I do in the summer.

Well guys send me a pm and i'll give you all the info. The one person i kno does some of the best work in the country! He has won awards for rebuilding an original ford gt40, won this years custom car show "best sports car" award with a custom built sunbeam tiger. And the other one is a very good friend who has a body sh op. he does typical body shop quility work. If i let him kno its somebody i kno you can get a good job done. Body pieces are pretty easy to do anyways so it shouldn't be a problem who you choose.
