Why didn't you do this like two weeks ago? I'd love to help but I don't know how two intercoolers is going to do much for me.

the dual I/C solution is all the rage now. the kids are all doing it.

i would love to snap this up too, but unless jeff is willing to setup a payment plan, i am tapped out for now on money.

sounds reasonable for a large ams front mount.

i'm sure one of the locals here will pick it up. it's a nice i/c, and you could save some loot on shipping costs.

Have you driven a X? The first thing I noticed was the different braking feel vs VIII's and IX's. I don't really care either way, but I always thought the VIII was awesome at stopping, but it did require some foot pressure. The X is more like the infinity you're describing.

well im thinking of rebeding my brakes. you can re-bed them right i dont see why not. maybe that will help a bit with bite and the screeching. o and the infinity is an M35

actually that was one of the first things i noticed about my IX when i got it.

it didn't feel like it stopped as well, and the pedal was much softer.

i don't know if the stopping power/distance has actually change, or if it is just a different feel, but i don't like it nearly as much as the brakes on my VIII.

I honestly never thought my Hawk HPS's were as good as the Brembo pads. The Hawk's were nice that they lasted longer and your wheels didn't look like they went through a coal mine after a short trip. But they just didn't have the feel. Maybe it is the pads. How long have you had them in there? Did you notice your brakes got worse after installing the Hawks? You can always try rebedding them or bleeding the brakes again. What I was always told was that while multiple piston calipers are superior in stopping, they may require more effort than single pistons. I'm not sure what brakes are on an M35.

And now that I'm thinking about it, I think someone on this thread said that SS brake lines made their pedal feel kind of like what you're describing. I'm sure they'll chime in.
