NOLC please use Spitzer Mitsu for service!

Why? Because the service manager decided to repaint my car after complaining about the paint chipping off on the hood, said factory default paint job! He asked that I give a good report for them and use them for my service now instead of the morons over at Rick Case, who also tried to deny the paint problem. I drop off the car Monday after work and get it back freshly repainted on Thursday after work! Contact me for details in full if you want them. This dealer is also the most mod friendly I have been to thus far.

Spitzer is the only dealer I would go for service. Last time they gave me new front rotors cuz I warped the original.

I doubt it Alexandru, you're way too far away from new, my paint is still considered "covered" in warranty.

There are two Spitzer Mitsu dealers which one is it? How mod friendly are they? In other words do they look the other way on exhausts, intakes, bov, turbo timer? Also on a NOLC note sorry I have missed the first 2 meeting and not been posting much. I was out of town on business. I travel a lot. And of course I have to work on April 15. I would like to make the next meet after that though.

Spitzer Mitsubishi in Parma off of Brookpark Road.
Dr. Fob is stage 1+ so if he got service work, they are definitely are mod friendly, at least at their service shop.

I will vouch for them as well, I got some service work done last year without any problems.

That's great news about a "mod - friendly" dealership in the area. I've been leary about taking my sled in for some pittly warranty issues. Plus free oil changes =)

Any new word on where/ when to meet on the 15th ? been out of town......

When I went there to fix brake pulsations, I had catless turboback, intake, MBC, springs, and some miscellaneous stuff. The technician is very knowledgable and friendly (he build his son's 11-sec DSM). He immediately noticed EACH AND EVERY mod that I have, but he was cool with it. He drove my car around the block, and just decided to order a fresh pair of front rotors. No one ever asked if I've driven on the track or anything.

I have called practically every Mitsubishi dealer within 216-, 440-, and 330- area codes, and only Spitzer was nice enough to listen to my requests. A-1.

Last spring when I went to get a squeaky sound on my breaks checked, they wanted to charge me $200+ to clean my rotors (not replace) and to put on new break pads. Maybe I was talking to the wrong guy ? Who did you guys deal with, remember any names ?

Hmm...I suppose brake pads are wear items and wouldn't be covered under warranty...

Spitzer gave me my maintenance for free on my last visit because they said it took them longer than expected and I waited too long. Nice people I say.
