Hey guys, I finally got my evo today. The first one sold in Boch mitsubishi! Test drove it, awesome car steering is unbelievable! Too bad my baby has to sleep at the lot tonight cus I can't come up with the cash for the insurance, Can't wait til tomorrow to pick i up!!!! The only pic I have it the one I took with my phone, not the best shot. More to come later.

I was supposed to go to Boch yesterday but the dumb sales guy told they weren't expecting the EVO's to arrive until next monday!


Do you know if they are marking up?

 

I think the first 8 BOch received were already sold @ MSRP, could be just hot air from the salesman. They put one red with sunroof in the showroom so I guess that one will stay for a while. I did talk to the saleman about the next shipment, they are expecting to markup as much as $4-5k, but it could all be talked down I bet.

 

Sweet! I'm supposed to have a black one w/sunroof coming, but apparently it didn't make it with this delivery. Hopefully today or early next week. I was also told that if you didn't have a deposit down, they would be marking up ~$3K.

 

Lucky you! I hope you plan on coming down for the North East meet in April! I'm dying to see one of those

 

OH heck yeah, I'll be at the meeting on 4/12, I Think another Sliver evo owner might be coming too.

 

i am getting one on the shipment that they are getting middle of next week and i am getting it for MSRP, they offered to sell me the showroom floor one (i ut my depsoite down 3 weeks ago) but i want silver not red so it didnt wrok for me, so if someone wants it you can get it. If you go there talkdirectly to frank is the man in charge and he really knows his ****, i must have tlked back and forth with him for 2 hours today while i was cheking out the floor model(basicly iwas making sure i was comfortable in the seats, cus i am a big guy and wanted to make sure before the purchess) but they have been a-1 with me down a bock so i woudl go to them plus they are supposedly getting a total of 50 evos in all

 

I believe they want a 1k markup with the floor model.

It takes forever to get 500 miles!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Just picked it up last night, the honda dealer guys where I did the inspection wanted a ride, so I took them for a ride, they all say that evo handles better than the s2000 they sell there. Gotta feel good about that! And the car isn't broken in yet!!

 

I am so jealous!
